MILLER”S  HOUSE    AND  DAIRYMAN'S COTTAGE -  ACCESS STATEMENT

At Millmoor  Farm Holidays we offer a warm welcome to you all.

We endeavour in our two cottages to offer accommodation to suit everyone. Both cottages are bungalows with wide internal doorways that are suitable for wheelchair access.

In Dairyman’s there are no carpeted floors instead the property is equipped with wood floors in living and bedrooms, and tiled floors in bathrooms. In Miller’s, all living areas,  bathrooms and one bedroom also have wood or tiled floors and the remaining bedrooms are carpeted. The sofas are leather and all bedding is low allergen in both cottages
Non slip bath and shower mats are available on request

Access to both  cottages is via two three inch steps however we do have a portable ramp which can be fitted if required.

Dairyman’s and Miller’s have their own private garden and patio areas directly adjacent to both cottages which we believe are accessible to all.

The Farm access road is a well maintained tarmac drive without any bumps or potholes but does have some steep inclines.

The car park for both cottages is concrete and flat and assistance is available with luggage on request.

Guide dogs are welcome and we also have secure storage for mobility aids etc.

Both cottages are fitted with mains smoke detectors and have fire extinguishers in the kitchens.

 My husband David and I are here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and if we can arrange taxis, or advise on local pubs and restaurants please do not hesitate to call in to see us.
